Shree Vrindavan Bihari Sewa Trust | Gau Sewa Trust in Vrindavan, India

Gau Sewa

Gau Sewa

As we know that Holy Bhagavat Geeta describes how Lord Krishna cared for the cows and calves by taking them to graze on the braj dham vrindavan. However, it is not possible for everyone to keep cows at home and therefore one should donate towards the maintenance and care of the cows in the goshala. In Shree Vrindavan Bihari Sewa Trust in Vrindavan, you can adopt a cow or bull and thus perform the responsibility of Go-sewa. If one is not able to adopt a cow, one should at least contribute something towards the maintenance of the cows in accordance with one’s means.

Our mission is to care for stray, abandoned cows, bulls, retired oxen, and orphaned calves by providing food, shelter and medication. We provide them hay, flour, fresh grass, clean water, medical attention and shelter.

Present Situation/background

As long as the cow mother gives milk, we feed them, as soon as they stop giving milk, they are left to eat garbage on the roads. If a cow give birth to calves, then calves have no use, because they do not give milk they are also left on the road and some of them become victims of road accidents and some are taken away by butchers.

Should we not help such a cow which feeds us milk throughout life and the cow which is called Gaumata in India?

What we doing

Presently Shri Vrindavan Bihari Sewa Trust is feeding green fodder to the destitute and abandoned cows, calves, ox roaming on the road in the parikrama of Vrindavan.

Our Future Plans

In future our project is to arrange a shelter for the destitute and abandoned cows, calves, ox roaming on the Vrindavan Parikrama Marg and build a cowshed where they can get all kinds of facilities like green fodder, straw, porridge, medicine etc. Cows can be saved from cow smugglers and slaughterhouses and kept safe in Gaushala.

Gau Sewa in Vrindavan

Shree Vrindavan Bihari is a renowned Gau Sewa Trust based in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh. We are committed to protecting the cows and spreading the message of love. We believe in the power of Seva, which is why we have created this platform for you to donate cow food, clothes, or money.

Saving cows and the planet! The cattle population in India is at 356 million and has been growing at a rapid rate. This has led to a number of issues, including animal cruelty and environmental pollution. Shree Vrindavan Bihari is committed to saving cows from slaughter and protecting the environment, one cow at a time.

We are a community of volunteers administering the need of gau mata for years. Not only do we take care of the abandoned cows, but we also ensure that they are given proper care for the remainder of their life. Not only do we take care of their food and shelter, but we also ensure that they are in a healthy condition.

You can do it too!

Donate money to help our cause. Volunteer your time with our Gau Seva volunteers. Help us spread the message of love and care!

One of the best ways one can care for cows, which are considered in Hinduism as the mother of all human beings, is by adopting one. But sadly, that is not something that is possible for everyone. Not only do the cows need special care, but they also need a space of their own. This is where Shree Vrindavan Bihari Trust’s Gau Seva donation can come in handy for you. You can donate as per your capability and anytime at your convenience.

We not only provide folks feed cow meals for months or even a year through donations in their name, but we encourage people to adopt a cow at the Shree Vrindavan Trust.

We're here for you!

At Shree Vrindavan Bihari, we want to make gau seva easy for you and provide a safe environment where you can help as much as you want - without any judgment. You can donate freely and at your convenience with Shree Vrindavan Bihari Trust.
